When Conneqt installs new equipment, you can enroll it in a Guardsman protection plan at the time of purchase. The plan covers the full purchase value of the covered equipment plus the labor required to diagnose, repair, or replace it if it fails during the plan term.
Guardsman handles enrollment, plan terms, and claims. Conneqt performs the covered service work as an authorized provider, so the technicians who know your system are the ones who come back to fix it.

The full purchase value of covered equipment installed by Conneqt, for the length of the plan term.
Diagnosis, repair, and replacement labor performed by an authorized service provider.
Failures from normal use that fall outside the manufacturer's warranty window or aren't covered by it.
A dedicated Guardsman claims line, with Conneqt coordinating the on-site work.
Add the plan to your Conneqt proposal. We submit your equipment details to Guardsman and you receive the plan agreement directly.
If covered equipment fails, contact Guardsman to open a claim using your plan number.
Once the claim is approved, Conneqt schedules the repair or replacement as an authorized service provider.
